One of Hawaii's best home builders, with neighborhoods on Kauai, Oahu and the Big Island, needed a comprehensive marketing program that engaged prospective home buyers from initial contact, through the decision making process, to the purchase and finally to move-in. A complete system of marketing materials was created by OrangeRoc to address the complex and emotional home-buying experience, a process that often takes over a year. The extent of material produced for Brookfield's four neighborhoods was mammoth and included printed collateral and correspondence material, outdoor signage, indoor sales gallery and model home design, buyer gifting program, advertising, sales videos, neighborhood naming and branding, websites, email blasts, and promotions just to name a few.
