My Favorite Bug is the bee. There are nearly 20,000 known species, but I particularly like the honey and bumble bees because they are amazing pollinators. It is estimated that one third of our food supply depends on insect pollination, with bees doing a lot of that work. Without bees we wouldn't have beautiful flowers to smell, hundreds of fruits and vegetables or, of course, honey. Thank bees the next time you bite into an apple!
